Housing Development Corporation Macon County & Taylor County (“HDC”) provides specific need low-income housing. HDC partners with several Non-Profit organizations that are all vested in the well being of the local community. These Non-Profits offer housing alternatives for persons in need.
The Housing Development Corporation is concerned with maintaining excellent housing for the communities it serves. HDC also seeks to improve the local housing stock by investing in and bringing new housing opportunities to Macon County and Taylor County. New developments mean opportunities for local economic stimulation and green technology friendly modern homes and apartments in a region where they are needed.
