Toya began working with Conyers Housing Authority in 2011 as the ROSS coordinator. She currently serves as the Office Manager. Toya enjoys engaging with the local community and serves as Co-Chair of Community Engagement for the Rockdale Young Professional Leaders (RYPL).
Before joining the Conyers Housing Authority team Toya worked in Charlottesville, VA with Piedmont Housing Alliance and Urban Vision to manage the resident service program the Garrett Square/Friendship Court apartment community.
Toya is a Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
