Kevin Price

Kevin Price currently holds the position of housing management assistant at the Housing Authority of the city of Wrightsville Georgia.  Kevin has been in the housing industry for four years and has held several job titles throughout his tenure.  He currently holds a CSO in Public Housing Occupancy and is responsible for the day to day activities including rent collections, resident services, payroll, accounts payable, ELOCCS, and occupancy.  Kevin is also the owner and CEO of Kreative Kreations, a florist and gift shop and Kreative Signature Events, an event planning service, both of which he created 16 years ago to fulfill his dream of being a business owner.  Prior to his entrepreneur endeavors, Kevin received his B.F.A. from the University of Georgia and held the position of apparel accounts manager for Sara Lee Corporation.  He was responsible for 13 major department and discount stores generating 30 million in sales per year.  Kevin’s diverse work background in both private and public sectors includes positions held in manufacturing, restaurant management, healthcare, and hospitality.  As a local advocate for his community, Kevin has been involved with several civic organizations.  He chaired the Better Home Town committee for 10 years and served as liaison between D.O.T. and the city during two downtown revitalization T-Grant projects.  He has been a member of the local rotary club and severed as vice chair for the chamber of commerce and vice chair for the Downtown Development Authority.
