Rachel Pitts was born January 20, 1960. Rachel graduated from Hawkinsville High School in 1978 and recieved a B.A. in Business Administration from Albany State in 1985. Rachel has been with the Hawkinsville Housing Authority since 1998. She started as an administrative assistant and in 2014 was promoted to be the Executive Director. Rachel is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration and finds it a challenge to return to school after nearly 30 years.
