Richard Reiter III is the Non-Profit Manager for the Flint Area Consolidated Housing Authority. He has been with FACHA since 2010. Richard coordinates between the Housing Authority and its non-profit partners guaranteeing that the non-profits are maintained and profitable while staying compliant. Richard works with HUD Multifamily and the USDA-RD to make sure that the individual properties are performing according to the regulations. He works for the Housing Authority and is responsible to 4 separate non-profit Boards. Richard works to further community outreach and hosts regular events for residents. He is a firm believer that “a challenging day is a rewarding day”.
Richard is a graduate from Georgia Southwestern State University with a B.S. in Sociology. A paralegal from the University of Georgia, a Specialty Housing Credit Manager (SHCM), certified Public Housing Manager (PHM), Certified 504 Coordinator, Certified Professional of Occupancy (PoC), and has a concentration in services for the aging.
